It is not uncommon to observe the passion of our Lord by turning off TV's, Radios and electronics. Many people use this time to connect with their family and reflect on the many blessings bestowed on us by our Heavenly Father through the ultimate sacrifice of his son, Jesus.
To support your efforts to have family time together to reflect on the greatest gift ever given, we will do a contest on Good Friday. There will be an Easter Egg hidden. It will contain 200 Box Tops. The clues to find the egg will be posted on this blog Good Friday at 9 am. This will allow families to participate, yet still attend church.
This scavenger hunt style contest is meant to be a way to connect with your family, to reflect on the sacrifice of our Lord and to thank our Father for his many blessings.
