EASTER SCAVENGER HUNT
We are first and foremost Catholic.
This Scavenger is meant to provide families with a meaningful way to reflect on the Easter Miracle. The hunt can be done with your family any time over the Easter Break.
Here’s how it will work:
• Use the collection sheet available from the link above to collect box tops and return them to your teacher.
• Each class will then receive the first clue. Your family will use the clue to find a box where you can reflect on the first 3 stations of the cross and the clue to get to the next box. The Hunt will have 3 boxes
• The class that brings in the most box tops will receive a chocolate treat
Thank you to the Smith Family (Zacky 4th grade) for providing the chocolate treats.

Two more days to shovel!
The snowball fight ends at 2pm Tuesday. I wonder if the kids are sick of shoveling yet? I'm thinking that they don't want to lift another shovel of the real stuff, but I suspect this shoveling is still very spirited.
Thank you for your wonderful support of the contest. SNOWBALL FIGHT 2010 brought in a whopping (drum roll please) $1249.70 shattering our previous total $781.
Stay tuned for the announcement of the winners

START SCOOPING
The snow is falling tonight, but the shovels arrive tomorrow!!!! Tomorrow teachers will be issued their shovels. Use them wisely. If you have 10 snowballs on your door you may need more than 10 shovels, because once a snowball is scooped off of someone's door it is reattached to another door. There is no limit to how many times a snowball can be scooped!

Bombs Away!!!!!
This week all the classes will throw (tape) snowballs at one another. All snowballs should be thrown by 2pm Friday. In the meantime continue to scour the kitchen, pantry and neighborhood for Box Tops.
We are going to need a brigade of shovels to scoop up all these snowballs. Your class will receive one shovel for each 10 Box Tops turned in this week. So, while it snows outside - let's throw and shovel our snow inside!

What's all the HYPE?
The Snowball Fight is OLOL's biggest Box Tops for Education event. Each year that we've done the snowball fight it has provided at least 40% of our Box Tops Goal. Last year the Snowball Fight earned nearly $800. This year we are hoping to bring in $900. Please use the resources above to help us get there.
Clip the Tops and join the fun!
